Struggling with feelings of pressure, anxiety, stress, loss, or conflict in important relationships can feel very isolating, lonely, and hopeless. You may begin to feel stuck, or turn to unhelpful ways of dealing with unwanted stress or emotions. More often than not, this takes a toll on your health, mood, relationships, and overall functioning. I support those going through pet loss and anxiety, life transitions, high performance anxiety (academically and/or athletically), general anxiety, depression, burnout and stress, addictions and co-dependency, as well as difficulties with emotional processing, boundaries, communication, and being a second-generation immigrant. I want you to know that you are not alone - I can help.

 

My mission is to support clients in overcoming challenges that keep them stuck and miserable, and help them achieve the life they want and deserve to live. With a compassionate, strength-based and culturally sensitive approach centred around the unique needs of each individual, I first and foremost value the relationship built with each client.
